By accessing or using TypingLearn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Use of the Service

You agree to use TypingLearn only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate leaderboards
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Accounts

You may create an account using third-party authentication (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. TypingLearn is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Intellectual Property

All content on TypingLearn — including games, lessons, curriculum structure, visual design, logos, and code — is the property of TypingLearn and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.

User Content

Any content you submit to TypingLearn (such as usernames or community messages) must not be offensive, harmful, or infringe on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

Fair Use & Anti-Cheat

TypingLearn maintains leaderboards and ranking systems. To ensure fairness:

• We may monitor typing patterns to detect automation or cheating
• Accounts found cheating may be permanently banned
• Hashed identifiers may be stored to prevent re-creation of banned accounts

Service Availability

TypingLearn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TypingLearn and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

TypingLearn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
